Client: Global Logistics Company
We led a global innovation challenge on food waste – sourcing 120 solutions across 46 countries, deep-dives into 10, and moving 3 into pilots. One is now embedded in core commercial operations across three regions.
Result: Technology moved from pilot purgatory to business integration.
Startup Growth & Investor Readiness
Client: Multiple Startups & Accelerators
We led GTM strategy, investor materials, and partnership development biotech and agrifood ventures, unlocking Series A funding and M&A.

Scaling Regenerative Procurement (In Progress)
Client: CPG + Ingredient Coalition
We’re designing a pre-competitive living lab to test and scale technology-based regenerative solutions across farms and facilities. Includes startup matching, outcome tracking, and non-IP-sharing data protocols.
Goal: A trusted, scalable model for sourcing regenerative crops across competitors.
Farmer Value Chain Upgrade (In Progress)
Client: Farmer Cooperative + Regional Government
We’re mapping global buyer demands for tropical crops like coconut and limes – then connecting farmers to postharvest and traceability innovations that help them unlock premium pricing.
Goal: Shift from commodity supply to value-added markets.
Climate-Smart Livestock Strategy (In Progress)
Client: National Government + Farmer Association
We’re co-developing a national strategy for sustainable beef and dairy – integrating local infrastructure with global tech to access premium markets.
Goal: $1B export opportunity. Model built for replication to other markets and sectors.
AgTech M&A Strategy

Christine R Gould
GIGA was founded by Christine R. Gould, a food systems innovation expert, entrepreneur, and strategist with deep experience across Fortune 500 corporates, startups, and global policy initiatives.
Christine has led high-impact, deep-tech-focused innovation efforts, serving as Head of Corporate Affairs for Syngenta’s two largest commercial units (corn and cereals) and previously as Head of Next-Generation Innovation and Biotechnology & Advanced Breeding Policy.
She has collaborated with industry leaders like Danone, DSM, Cargill, and NEOM; co-led the Food Systems Game Changers Lab (EAT, IDEO, Forum for the Future, The Rockefeller Foundation); and served on the Advisory Committee for the UN Food Systems Summit. She is also the author of ‘The Change-Maker’s Guide to Feeding the Planet.’
As the Founder of Thought For Food, the world’s leading community of next-gen agrifood innovators, Christine has accelerated 100+ startups worldwide that have collectively raised hundreds of millions in investments. She’s known as a woman with a big vision who also makes big things happen.
